For sizing help, a damaged item, or an incorrect order, contact support@fireguyusa.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos when something arrived damaged or incorrect.
Made-to-order items
Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything. Worn, washed, personalized, custom-made, or customer-applied DTF transfers generally cannot be returned unless FireGuyUSA made an error or the item arrived defective.

Review the selected design, shirt brand, color, size, placement, and quantity in your cart. The product builder includes fit guidance for both shirt brands.
