These terms apply to purchases and use of FireGuyUSA.com.

Products and orders

FireGuyUSA sells apparel, DTF transfers, and custom artwork services. No cannabis, CBD, or controlled substances are sold. Product availability, colors, pricing, and fulfillment timing may change. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and FireGuyUSA can fulfill it.

Artwork and displays

Screen colors and mockups are previews; printed colors and placement can vary slightly. FireGuyUSA artwork, branding, and site content may not be copied or resold without permission.

Customer responsibilities

Review all design, brand, color, size, placement, address, and quantity choices before payment. Customers applying DTF transfers are responsible for following pressing instructions and confirming garment compatibility.
